Our poultry is raised in our pastures where they eat grass which is free of chemicals and a custom mixed feed composed of natural products. They eat grass which is free of chemicals and a custom mixed feed composed of natural products. To achieve a low stress environment for growing, Pyrenees guard dogs protect them from predators. The laying hens are Black Australops this year. They are raised in the pasture too and are housed in a converted cotton wagon we call the “egg mobile”. They are protected by guard dogs too.
